both managerial and construction especially on projects

Health & Safety
- Environmental Management: Prior commence of the proposed project an EIA and EMP will be conducted in terms of the National Environmental Act, 107 of 1998. We maintain balance between environmental protection and economic development. Nevertheless ensuring that all company employees and contractors follow environmental practice consistent with company policies and procedure.
- Employees: We are here to ensure that our employees are complying with both, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation 85 of 1993 and Mine Health and Safety Act Regulation 29 of 1996. Our company is adhering to clients Health and Safety Standards. Medical Fitness Check & PPE are our priorities
- Tools & Equipment: Any utensil that we are using or intending to use will and must undergo through assessment by the client’s Safety Department prior utilization. Standard Operating Procedures will be followed to operate any equipment

Labour Placement and Recruitment- Our company recruit 60% - 70% of labour locally, preferably the affected peoples and the villages/communities nearest to the client’s site
- Opportunities and targets set for appropriate on the job training and for employment of HDI’s females and youth.
